Life Time Warranty
All of our devices come with a life time guarantee *except for those that are sold with an internal non-removable battery and the DIY kits. We cannot guarantee a battery, and we cannot guarantee that you have handled and/or installed the components correctly, resulting in damage. If a device stops working, during your lifetime, we will repair the device, and return to you. The postage to us will be paid for by the customer, the return postage will be paid for by The Silver Zapper.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and if it is a kit it must contain all components including attachments and books (if applicable).
All Refunds are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee with the exception of DIY devices that are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If a returned item is considered damaged, your claim for a return will be denied. Damaged items consist of items that are physically inoperable, defaced, or broken. Smoke damage and damage from oils and lotions that render the item in any condition short of what it was when it was received will also result in a denied return claim.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process can take up to 72 hours after the product has been received by our office.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/repair items if they have become defective, or if you have received the items in a defective state. All devices are tested rigorously prior to departure and are guaranteed to be 100% working before leaving our facility. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 64, Robertstown, SA, Australia, 5381. Items must be marked as Returned Merchandise and valued at $25 or they will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping fees you paid on your order will not be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
