Due to the hand made ‘build on demand’ nature of our products, some items may take up to 2 weeks before they are shipped. Unfortunately this is out of our control, as sometimes the components required to build are difficult to source. We make all efforts to ensure we have stock available to build, but some of the components need to be imported – this can take up to a month in some cases. We will inform the customer if this is the case. We make our best efforts to ship all equipment within seven business days of ordering as long as stock allows – if it has been more than seven days and you have not heard anything please send us an email at hello@thesilverzapper.com

Please note that any shipments leaving Australia may be subject to importation taxes in the form of customs duties that vary from country to country. These import taxes/duties are beyond our control.

Packages are insured for replacement, not full value, this means that in the event of a lost package The Silver Zapper will send a new package with the same equipment, but will not reimburse customers.

In the event that a package is returned due to a customer refusing to pay any import taxes/duties, the package will still be susceptible to the restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded.
